Mix a small amount of detergent-free soap into warm water. Place the jewelry inside for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove the jewelry from the water, rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth.

Store jewelry in a safe, dry location when not worn.
